Delivery time is normally 3-7 working days after the order date.

Payment methods

As a skyDSL customer you can easily pay your monthly invoices automatically using the Direct Debit SEPA Lastschrift with no additional fees. According to your desired skyDSL subscription we offer you the possibility to pay per credit card (VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard) or PayPal.

Invoice

In the interest of the environment skyDSL provides its customers the invoices in electronic form. On request, customers can also receive their invoices by post with a skyDSL2+ tariff including premium option or with a skyDSL2+ Business tariff.

Cancellation

The cancellation period is 4 weeks prior to the end of the contract period. If a minimum contract period does not apply, monthly cancellation - likewise subject to a period of 4 weeks - is possible. Cancellation fees will not arise.
