1. Revocation instructions
   
   Right of revocation
   
   You have the right to revoke this agreement within a period of fourteen days without mentioning reasons.
   
   The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
   
   To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform 
   (skyDSL Europe B.V., Waldstr. 86 - 90, 13403 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: (01) 828 08 35, Fax: +49 30 590086 601, e-mail: revocation@skydsl.si) of  your decision to revoke this agreement by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an e-mail).
   
   In order to observe the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
   
   Consequences of the revocation
   
   If you revoke this agreement, we will reimburse all the payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arousing from a different type of delivery, chosen by you, than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notice of revocation of this contract has been received by us. For such repayment, we will use the same method of payment that you have used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for these repayment.
   
   If you have requested that the services be commenced during the period of revocation, you shall pay us a reasonable amount equal to the proportion of the services already provided by us, until the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation, in comparison with the total scope of services stipulated in the contract.
   
   Special Instructions
   
   Your right of revocation expires prematurely if we have provided the owing service in full and have only begun with the execution of the service after you have given your express consent, concurrently having confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of revocation when we thoroughly fulfill the contract.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. The deadline is respected if you send the goods before the end of the period of 14 days.
