Would you like to become a skyDSL customer, but don't want to go through the cancellation process of your current internet provider? Switch internet service providers easily with Easy Switch! We will take care of all the steps necessary for the transfer of your contract, saving you interruptions to your service and times of double payments.

How does Easy Switch work?

During the ordering process, you authorize us to terminate your contract with your old Internet provider by issuing a mandate to transfer the services.

We will contact your current provider and coordinate the transfer date with them. This will avoid interruptions to your service and periods of double billing.

During the ordering process, simply tell us your Easy Switch ID and your current customer number. You can find these on the invoices from your current Internet provider and in your customer area.

Which are the conditions for an Easy Switch?

You are a private customer or a small business, you use a standard tariff and would like to change your Internet, TV or telephone provider at your current address.

As a rule, you authorize us to terminate all services contained in your contract (Internet, telephone and TV) with the Easy Switch mandate. However, if you wish to retain certain services, you may also have different terms in your mandate.

Please check the duration of your current contract and whether you need a notice period before you take advantage of Easy Switch. Your current terms and conditions also apply to Easy Switch@. Thus, you can ask your previous provider for the termination. Please also note that you may need to return rented hardware.
