1. Revocation instructions
   
   Right of revocation
   
   As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
   
   The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
   
   To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (skyDSL Europe B.V., Waldstr. 86 - 90, 13403 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: +49 30 590 086 540, Fax: +49 30 590086 601, Email: revocation@skydsl.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
   
   To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
   
   Consequences of revocation
   
   If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For such repayment, we will use the same method of payment that you have used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for these repayment.
   
   If you have requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
   
   Special Notes
   
   Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully provided the agreed service and have only begun to perform the service after you have given your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.
